The electronic data that we hold is never given to other organisations. It is stored securely.
We are obliged to give a printed list of names to a theatre for emergency evacuation purposes during performances.
We might use unattributed photographs of children in our publications.
Data is used by us:
• to share our organisational arrangements with parents, usually to do with session times and performance details;
• for the well-being of children when in our care.
